Od 27. do 30. listopada pet je volontera ESN-a Zagreb sudjelovalo na Centralnoj europskoj platformi u Budimpešti - četverodnevnom događaju koji okuplja volontere sa svih razina ESN-a radi edukacije volontera i njihova međusobna upoznavanja. 

 

CEP je event koji ću zasigurno pamtiti cijeli život. Kao prvi internacionalni event ostavio mi je jako lijepe dojmove i sjećanja. Koncept eventa bio je dobro razrađen s jako puno interakcije s ostalim volonterima i razmjenom znanja. Učili smo o motivaciji, komunikaciji preko društvenih mreža, mentalnom zdravlju, eventima i mnogo više. Najljepši dio bio je dijeliti iskustvo s ostalim volonterima iz Mreže, kako iz Hrvatske tako i iz drugih zemalja. - Lucija Marić, koordinatorica Public Relations tima ESN-a Zagreb

 

Uz međusobno druženje i upoznavanje te razmjenu najboljih praksi u lokalnim podružnicama, naši su volonteri imali priliku naučiti nešto više o projektnom menadžmentu, strateškom planiranju, pregovaranju s partnerima, ali i dobiti korisne savjete kako motivirati i ojačati mentalno zdravlje volontera. 

 

 

Ovo je za mene bio prvi internacionalni događaj na kojem sam izrazito zahvalna bez obzira na cijelo iskustvo. Upoznala sam puno motiviranih, ambicioznih i sposobnih mladih ljudi koji su u meni izazvali divljenje i s kojima sam mogla podijeliti svoje ideje i dvojbe. Central European Platform - an opportunity for volunteers to connect with each other and acquire new skills

From 27th to 30th October, five ESN Zagreb volunteers participated in the Central European Platform in Budapest - a four-day event that gathers volunteers from all levels of ESN for the purpose of educating volunteers and getting to know each other.

 

CEP is an event that I will surely remember for the rest of my life. As the first international event, it left me with very good impressions and memories. The concept of the event was well developed with a lot of interaction with other volunteers and exchange of knowledge. We learned about motivation, communication through social media, mental health, events and much more. The best part was sharing the experience with other volunteers from the Network, both from Croatia and from other countries. - Lucija Marić, PR Coordinator 

 

In addition to exchanging best practices from local associations and getting to know each other through various games, our volunteers had the opportunity to learn more about project management, strategic planning, negotiation with partners, and also get useful tips on how to motivate and strengthen volunteers' mental health.

 

 

This was my first international event, for which I am extremely grateful regardless of the whole experience. I met a lot of motivated, ambitious and capable young people who inspired me and with whom I could share my ideas and doubts.
