Tjedan smo započeli jednim od najposjećenijih predavanja - How to survive in Croatia?

From 26th September to 9th October, ESN Zagreb held a Welcome Week for international students so that international students could get to know each other, get a few tips that will certainly help them in their new country, but also make friendships that last a lifetime.
We started the week with one of the most attended lectures - How to survive in Croatia? - where you can get various useful tips about staying in Zagreb, so that international students can adapt to the new environment as best and as easily as possible, and to end the week in style we organised a trip to Slovenia, specifically Ljubljana, in order for them to get to know the Slovenian culture.
In the second week, at events as ESN Meet & Greet and Speed dating around the world, international students had the opportunity to get to know each other better in a somewhat more relaxed atmosphere, and we held an educational workshop Stress less in a new environment where students could get expert advice on how to overcome those difficult moments of adjustment and get the best out of the exchange.
We ended the week with the Sign Language Table event in order to raise the awareness of international students about how groups that use sign language in their everyday life are communicating, and with a hike to Zagreb's famous medieval fortress, Medvedgrad. There we visited the permanent exhibition of the Visitor Center and attended the Medieval Days where we had the opportunity to see additional content of the live exhibition from the Middle Ages.
